you can upload a new excel sov at renewal, or during the year, to update the properties on archipelago renew sov ( https //drive google com/file/d/1uauh5xy8dgtrsyp44i zh6dxccgfovck/view?usp=drive link ) in sov manager, click the three dot menu button choose renew sov enter the sov name, effective date and expiry date upload or drag and drop the renewal sov click save you will be notified when the sov updates are complete
